  23. These files are no longer at this location.  They've been deleted.

  28. This was requested, so, this is what I propose to do:

  30. I'll start a new web page on my site for samples of CBM related Fidonet
  31. mail, with either a link to download the .PKT files (which can be read
  32. with Rod Gasson's Browser program), -or- as plain text, depending on
  33. how things work out.
  34.  
  35. The pkt files can be read as plain ASCII but the formatting for the
  36. To/From/Date/Echo headers will be a bit messy.
  37.  
  38. The main reason for doing this is so those on the Internet can see the
  39. type of messages they can find in the CBM Fidonet echos.
  40.  
  41. I make no promises or guarantees on how often I'll update the file.
  42. After all, the reason for presenting the material is so people can see
  43. what the CBM Fidonet echos are all about -- not to supply the echos for
  44. people to read.  In other words, what I'll have available is a *sample*
  45. of Fidonet CBM echo mail that's periodically updated.

  47. This will take me a few days to get organised - but as soon as it's
  48. going I'll post another message.

  55. I'm sorry I couldn't keep a USA mirror site, but the good news is that
  56. it'll be a lot easier for me maintain and keep just one site updated
  57. rather than two.
