  16.   Convert '2.0 format' has two options:
  17. [1.1]  Result is a geoWrite 1.1 format file
  18.     with header/footer as a new page.
  19. [2.1]  Result is a geoWrite 2.1 format file
  20.     with extended margins.
  21.   Convert '2.1 format' has two options:
  22. [1.1]  Same restrictions as 'Convert 2.0'
  23. [2.0] Result is a geoWrite 2.0 format fil    
  24.     with 7.2 inch right margin.
  25. [2.1] Result is a geoWrite 2.1 format file
  26.     with 8.0 inch right margin.
