  75. of memory..pointers in the C=64's ram. That is how it finds you on the
  76. disk.

  93. <JIM.MAC> Make a bulletin is when you have a message that you want your user to 
  94. see when they log on. It is actually a message.
  95. <JIM.MAC> Infoquick keeps track of what bulletins a user has seen and will 
  96. never show them again at log in!

  99. <DEB> whats initialize new.files for?
  100. <JIM.MAC> Initialize new.files lets people upload. It then requests a 
  101. description of the file.

  103. <JIM.MAC> It opens a sequential file on the disk that you designate. The file 
  104. holds a description of each upload. Who uploaded.

  106. <JIM.MAC> If you want uploads you must initialize new.files.

  119. off. What files if any the downloaded, uploaded, disk errors etc.

  122. <DEB> but if you leave a message, why make it into a bulletin??!

  268. let mine goe...message base grow to over 700 blocks.

  270. my message base back to 250 blocks.

  282. master.library first.

  286. library...
