  7. Imperator is an action/strategy game based on the Roman Empire.
  8. The player is involved as a Roman leader out to make history
  9. by expanding the empire into all nations known.
  10. The game consists of two modules, the strategy and the battles.

  12. In the strategic environment the player controls all levels of
  13. Power, which involves roman politics, developing the provinces
  14. and managing the economy. Further on legions and fleets will
  15. have to be built.

  17. The battles bring together Roman legions and barbaric armies.
  18. They offer a new, interesting approach of the classic wargame.
  19. There are various units such as archers and cavalry and a variety
  20. of terrains.
