  5. Certain rules apply to the distribution of the Zoo archiver.

  7. The following rules apply only to the zoo archiver itself.
  8. Currently, all extract-only programs, and all supporting utili-
  9. ties, are fully in the public domain and are expected to remain so
  10. for the forseeable future.

  12. "This program" refers to version 1.50 and separately to each sub-
  13. sequent version of the Zoo archiver and to all derivative works
  14. thereof.  "Distribution right" refers to any copyright, compila-
  15. tion copyright, license, or other right to control distribution or
  16. copying.  "Compiled code" refers to software that can be executed
  17. by a computer system.

  19. This program is copyrighted but its distribution for noncommercial
  20. purposes is permitted, with the following restrictions.

  22.    - You are prohibited from distributing this program as part of
  23.      any package over which you claim a distribution right.  This
  24.      restriction does not apply if any distribution right is
  25.      claimed only over individual items that you own or for which
  26.      the distribution right has been explicitly assigned to you,
  27.      and not over the package as a collection.

  29.    - You are prohibited from making this program available for
  30.      downloading via telecommunications if you charge a total of
  31.      more than $7.00 per hour at 1200 bps.

  34.      code unless you also distribute the source code from which
  35.      the compiled code was derived.  This restriction does not
