Most of the time your brain decides what to do after it has been supplied with information from your nerves. This is called a thinking action.
Sometimes signals from the nerves don’t go straight to the brain - they go first to a muscle and then to the brain. This is called a reflex action.
Reflex actions include:
Sneezing, Coughing, Blinking,
Crying, Kneejerking
