  3. Tissue fluid, which comes from blood,  passes oxygen and food to all parts of the body.  
  4. As this fluid passes foodstuffs to your cells it also passes harmful chemicals into your bloodstream to be excreted.  
  5. Harmful chemicals go either to the kidneys or the lungs to be excreted.
