  1.   WHAT ARE WE MADE OF?

  3. This worksheet looks at the different materials from which we are made and where they come from.

  5. 1) Using two or three separate sources of information make a list of the substances which make up the human body.
  6.  
  7. 2) As far as possible, find out the amount of each substance found in an average human.
  8.  
  9. 3) Take samples of typical foods and test for substances which are likely to be found in them.
