Membrane
Membrane means a kind of skin. The cell membrane encloses a substance called cytoplasm which contains other substances that make up a cell.
Cell membranes allow foodstuffs and essential chemicals to enter and feed the cell. Membranes also let out waste materials the cell produces.
Human cell membranes are around 0.00001mm thick.
