You can copy out text and pictures from any content page on the disk.
To copy text, hold down the Command key and click anywhere over the text.
To copy a picture, click on the picture. It will then be enlarged over the whole screen. Hold down the Command key and click anywhere over the enlarged picture.
You will be presented with a standard Macintosh save dialogue.
