  7.     This is an image of "The San Diegan", northbound
  8.     between Rose Canyon and Miramar, just north of
  9.     downtown San Diego.  Photo was taken about two
  10.     years ago, before the welded rail replacement
  11.     program was completed.  Note the train riding on
  12.     jointed rail, with the ribbon rail on the ground
  13.     alongside, waiting to be installed.  Estimated
  14.     speed here is 60 - 70 mph.
