this is perhaps my most ambitious fractal so far, in which I've almost
escaped the old rainbow-squiggles thing and gone WAY off the deep end. I
used a mandelbrot set as a mask for a textured pattern, then threw in
some gradient blends and a huge, transparent Julia set which created an
unintentional (but wild) 3-d effect, like giant glass tubes. nuts i'm
afraid but its exam week ya know.
640x40, approx 100k, 24-bit JPEG/JFIF
have fun!
