quotes with the ">" sign are from Nebraska from Save Our Souls, others are
from Mark Ryder member of Mo'Soul.
I just got the new Mark Ryder pack, which always brings a grin an my face.
Mark's packs always bring ENLíGHTENMENT (this is his word for a lotta shit :)
The battle between Mark and Nebraska interested me the most.Although I truely
respect Mark, I dont think he's right on all the "enlightening" things he
says.Please note that this is *my* opinion.Which brings me to the biggest
problem (in most battles), both parties are always sure they are right.
To take Mark just as an example: (quote 1)
oooh, how come? I can't really imagine. because I'm the only one who dears to
speak my mind and tell it like it is?
He tells it like it is.The moment people start telling me this, i start payin
more attention.I dont believe *even* Mark Ryder knows all, not about aski,
not about the scene, and surely not all about Nebraska and Xcluziwe.These two
people specific, because the next quote shows that Mark's knowledge reigns
supreme, or it shows a very close bond between Nebraska, Xcluziwe and Mark:
in a hurry to get some hard dick action up your ass from xcluziwe? ...
but don't share the experiences you've had with putting xcluziwe dick in
your mouth, don't need 2 hear about it..
good try xcluziwe but we know who's the gay person here..
Now *if* Mark would now it all, and therefor could "tell it like it is", then
how could he have known that Xcluziwe and Nebraska were gays?I surely don't
think he was watchin' them doin' it.
But enough about this.These mockings don't hold any firm ground.And that is
the most important thing i'm missing in the whole text from Mark.Its more
"accusing" Nebraska of being gay (words like ass, dick, cum, homosexual, and
other synonyms fill the greatest part of the text).The main question was in
fact: is Nebraska a ripper.And for as i am concerned he can't prove this
untill the reader sees logos taken from a Nebraska pack, and logos from the
ones Nebraska should have ripped.Then the reader can make up its *own*
opinion which, i know Mark and i do agree on, is the most important.
Prove of the fact that Nebraska does not have this gift, is shown in the
following quote:

Sorry, but this just truely KILLS me.Cant you see for yourself whom to
respect, and who not?!?I know you look through packs, according to the

I this a way of paying respect?!?I know i would *not* in any way feel
respected if someone just copied the top 20 of some list, and then said he
respected my art.Clearly he doesn't really look at what the artist has done.
Else he would have made *some* changes, or could it be that coincidentily he
and the masses have *exactly* the same favorits?I don't think so.This must
be the most *dis-respectfull* way to respect someone.
Now why can't you decide for yourself what you admire?Must you *always*
listen to what other people tell you to like?Thats my complain against lists
like the one Punk is making.I don't see the use of these kind of lists.What
should i give about someone elses opinion on who they think should be
respected?
So to give this text a moral for all artists / not-artists: don't let other
people make up your mind, not even a Nebraska, not even a Mark Ryder, and
surely not me.
This text was not written to judge.I do not judge Nebraska by telling you he
is a ripper.I do not judge Mark Ryder, by telling you is a liar or gay.
I'm telling you all to *check* Nebraska's works, and perhaps Mark's other
battles.Because only *you* can make your own opinion.

These quotes were taken from "P^D-TSUN.TXT".A collection from Unceen under
the Pioneer Design label: (quote #1)

amazing". those are my orders. i didn't know then but know i
know it. where did i go wrong? all i did was a logo for a friend
...
I read this little piece and was confused.Pioneer peeps want Unceen to
release as soon as possible because of his "amazing" style.Why should it be
released soon as possible?His style ain't gonna leave his brain.Perhaps you
are afraid it will be ripped?Don't worry, good artists don't rip.And like
Unceen said himself, he only did one logo, the chances of someone spotting
one logo, and rippin' it are *very* small, perhaps even nihil.The result
of the haste is a small collection with no design, just some logos stomped
together.Perhaps if you *would* have taken some more time, it would have
worked out into a solid pack.
Then the next thing bugs me. (quote #2)

Now tell me how this can be?If you don't *want* to be in a group, like you
clearly state (" i don't like this! "), then *don't* join a group.It's not
so hard to say no is it?
Ofcourse this ain't all bad, my first collection was a mess too.So i thought
lets give the guy some slack.So i watch the logos roll by and came to the
closin' part (pretty swift actually).In the ending sequence i read the
following parts: (quote #3 and #4)

Again this confused me.Lets check quote #3 first.To me this is just a lot of
crap.Ofcourse i don't know you, the reason for that is simple.This is your
first collection?What do you expect, i checked that one logo you made for
that friend of yours?
But it gets even more confusing.In quote #4 he says that i shouldn't contact
him, but he will contact me.Then please tell me how you can contact me, if
you do not even know me?And *should* you know me, then why contact me, you
obviously don't want to join another ascii-group, because you didn't want to
join the group you are in right now.
All these quote's sound so kool, but as kool as they sound, as meaningless
they actually are.

As you must have noticed by know, this pack is released under the Low
Profile label.Meaning a new group is born.The birth was a hard one, and
I (as the mother of this group) am still very tired of it.The people who
will help me raise this baby, are Axeblade, Ramon, Maf, Trivial, Misfit
and hopefully Mortimer Twang.To help me on this great task of bringing
