  2. Mastore Mind version 1.00
  3. -------------------------

  5. Mastore Mind is a complete computer implementation of the traditional Master
  6. Mind(TM) game.
  7.  
  8. Mastore Mind is a 32 bit application and will run under Windows 95 and Windows
  9. NT 4.0. Mastore Mind has not been tested with Windows NT 3.51.
  10.  
  11. The following files make up the Mastore Mind distribution.

  13.     mm.exe
  14.     mm.cnt
  15.     mm.hlp
  16.     sys_dir.exe
  17.     readme.txt
  18.     mfc42.dll
  19.     msvcrt.dll
  20.  
  21. Mastore Mind requires the following DLLs to be in the Windows system directory.

  26.     msvcrt.dll      4.20.6201

  28. To find the Windows system directory run the "sys_dir" utility from an MS-DOS
  29. command prompt window.
  30.  
  31. Use Windows Explorer to check if an existing version of the DLL is present in
  32. the Windows system directory. Ensure that "Show all files" is selected in the
  33. view options dialog of Windows Explorer.
  34.  
  35. If the DLL is not present in the Windows system directory then copy or move
  36. the distribution DLL into the Windows system directory.
  37.  
  38. If the DLL is present in the Windows system directory then check the version
  39. of the DLL.
  40.  
  41. To check the version of an existing DLL from Windows Explorer, select the DLL
  42. file, press the right mouse button, select properties, and press the version
  43. tab.

  45. If the version of the existing Windows system DLL is less than the version of
  46. the distribution DLL then copy or move the distribution DLL into the Windows
  47. system directory.

  49. Note : Close all running applications before copying or moving any DLLs to the
  50. Windows system directory to ensure that the existing DLL is not being used.
