  12. GENERAL INSTRUCTIONS
  13.  
  14. SWREG Converter 1.1 - The Shareware registration forum is a GREAT way to get paid for 
  15. your programs but what do you do with the binary format file that a registration generates? 
  16. Well, SWREG Converter (SWRC) takes the .PLX file saved by CIM and converts the registrant's 
  17. information into an ascii delimited file that is ready to be imported into your database. 
  18. To use it simply drag a .plx file or files from file manager and drop them on the program 
  19. (normal or iconized) and you will be prompted for a file name for output. All the data is 
  20. then delimited and saved in the output file specified. The program is only designed to 
  21. convert the standard SWREG Forum message format. If you try to convert a different format, 
  22. an error will result and that file will be ignored. This is the output format:

  40. windows\system directory.
