  10.  In typing the page number, place it at column 39 or 4O, since the screen is 8O
  11. columns in width.  Did you notice we used the letter "O" in place of the numer-
  12. al "0" in our numbers?  This is a nice touch which we often use, and it is one
  13. which many people ignore.  Some readers will glance at the computer-style "0"
  14. and think it is an "8"!

  16. Again, since we do not have 23 lines of text, we are adding blank lines, and
  17. we will be sure the bottom blank line is line 24.  Never go past line 24, or
  18. the top of your page will pop off the screen when the batch file program is
  19. run!
