  4.  RASTPORT    - Converts PCX files (2-256 colors) to XGF format just like Raster
  5.                Master. Also converts PCX files to PPR/SPR for Fastgraph users.
  6.                XGF files created by the Rastport can be displayed in 2,4,16,
  7.                or 256 color modes. Images can be ANY size! The Rastport is
  8.                NOT limited by your graphics card.

  10.  RASTER CLIP - Screen clipping utility. Supports 16 and 256 color modes,
  11.                including the 640X480X256 SVGA mode. Load a PCX files and clip
  12.                the area you wish to save as PCX or XGF. You can also copy the
  13.                clipped image to other areas of the screen. Requires EGA/VGA/SVGA
  14.                card and Mouse.

  16.  BIN2SCR     - Converts binary files to source code format. This is similar to
  17.                saving files as DAT/CHA/CON from Raster Master.
