  7. The ArtPals demo is a collection of sample clipart pictures from the 
  8. ArtPals clip-art package.  It is distributed as Shareware, and may be
  9. reproduced and distributed to others.
  10.  
  11. The ArtPals Samples require 1 Meg of available hard disk space and
  12. some type of package that retrieves .BMP or .PCX formats -- such as
  13. the standard Paint program that is included with Microsoft Windows.

  16. To Use the ArtPals Samples

  18. USING ARTPALS WITH WINDOWS
  19. --------------------------
  20. Start Windows and Open the Paint Program
  21. Choose FILE, OPEN from the menu bar
  22. On the directory side, change the directory to C:\APDEMO
  23. And select one of the sample pictures to open
  24.  
  25. You can use the roller-brush (or fill) tool in Paintbrush to
  26. color the ArtPals graphics.  Or your can leave them in black & white
  27. format.

  29. USING ARTPALS WITH OTHER PROGRAMS
  30. ----------------------------------
  31. You can also retrieve the ArtPals Sample Pictures into any program
  32. you have that accepts the standard .BMP or .PCX picture formats.
  33. Examples of these programs would be WordPerfect, PageMaker, and any
  34. Windows-based software package.

  39. of 100 clip art graphics made especially for children and educators --
