  10. knows whereof he sings. He's Woody Harrelson, Caucasian con man
  11. in the new movie White Men Can't Jump and the daffy bartender
  12. on TV's Cheers. This month Harrelson returns to his true
  13. passion: rock 'n' roll. "I'm obsessive about music," confesses
  14. guitar picker Harrelson -- who nonetheless isn't quitting his
  15. Cheers day job.
