  1. To patch Resource workshop for Win 3.1 do the following
  2. 1) Go to the resource workshop directory  (This directory contains
  3.    worklib1.dll
  4. 2) copy patch.com and patchrw.pat to that directory
  5. 3) type the following after the prompt (C>)
  6.    C> patch patchrw.pat worklib1.dll
