Rationalized APL\PC Release T1.4, by Andreas Werder
Rationalized APL\PC is an experimental APL interpreter model that implements
the concept of rationalized APL and the APL Dictionary proposed by
K.E. Iverson. Although only a subset of the Dictionary APL the interpreter
provides the basic functionalities of a future 3rd generation APL.

Requirements:
An IBM/PC-XT or AT (or compatible) with 640kB main memory, a floppy disk
drive (for installation, if not downloaded from a bulletin board system) and
a hard disk. PC DOS release 2.1 or later.
