  1.   If you are a registered user, you should have a keyfile which should go
  2. either in the same directory as TeleBASE, or the s: directory.  If your
  3. putting TeleBASE in the sys:wbstartup/ directory, I'd suggest putting the
  4. keyfile in the s: directory.
