- REQUIREMENTS:
- An Amiga with WB 2.04+.
-
- WHAT IT IS:
- A Commodity to bring the active window to the front.
-
- HOW IT WORKS:
- To start from the Workbench, double-click on the icon.
- To start from a CLI, type "[path]MidToFront".
- Or just put it in your WBStartup drawer.
- The program currently accepts no tooltypes or command arguments.
- (Hey- it's a two- or three-hour hack to learn about Commodities.)
-
- Once it's working, IF you have a three-button mouse, you can click
- on an ACTIVE window with the middle button, and it will come to the front
- of the screen.
- If the window you want to bring to the front of the screen isn't
- the active window, you will have to activate it first (left button), and
- THEN press the middle mouse button.
-
- TROUBLESHOOTING:
- Make sure you're running AmigaDOS 2.04 or higher.
- You might have to do more than just click the mouse button (i.e.,
- hold it down for a moment, but not long).
