  1. Short:    Vastly increase speed of font requsters

  6. CacheFont is a small patch that will dramatically increase the speed of
  7. font requesters. It cuts the access time of a font requester containing
  8. about 100 fonts from 14 seconds (without CacheFont) to half a second (with
  9. CacheFont).
  10.  
  11. CacheFont should run on any Amiga with Kickstart 2 or above. It has been
  12. tested extensively on many utilities and many computers without any
  13. problems.

  15. Version 1.1 of this program fixes a bug with Tagged Font Lists. It should
  16. now work with most (if not *all*) software.
  17.
