  7.     SAPEP is a semi-complex package consisting of control software, and
  8. programming hardware used to program eprom memory chips.  Unlike some OTHER
  9. eprom hacks floating around, this hardware will program a large variety of
  10. chips without the use 'personality moduals'.  All programming characteristics
  11. are controlled though the software.
