  9. A BackUp ReFresher written in Rexx.  Designed to maintain
  10. backups of important directories between full volume backups.
  11. Copies only new and modified files, using either archive flags
  12. or date comparison.  Can optionally delete from the backup any
  13. files and subdirectories not found in the original.  This is
  14. version 1.00.
