  96. overseas airmail. Foreign orders must be drawn on a U.S. bank.

  98. The library is available at general meetings for $4/volume. They 
  99. may also be picked up directly in Manhattan at $4/volume (call 
  100. 212-242-1720). The entire library is available on VAX VMS systems 
  101. on 1/2" tape format at a charge of $250.
