  19. II. TROUBLESHOOTING
  20. Try this first! If you have problems running the program, try cleaning 
  21. the CD. Gently remove any fingerprints and dust using a clean, soft, 
  22. lint-free cloth dampened with water or a CD-cleaning solution. Avoid 
  23. using materials such as tissue, which may scratch the CD.

  26. 1.  Colors don't look right.
  27.  
  28. * Set the color display to 256 colors.
  29. * Turn off your screensaver.
  30. * Exit any other applications that are running.
  31. * Install the latest video driver. Contact your video card manufacturer 
  32. for more information.

  35. 2. High School Edge: Geometry seems to run too slowly.
  36.  
  37. Some programs can run slowly with certain video cards. Please make 
  38. sure your video card is installed properly and you are using the most 
  39. up-to-date video driver for the card. Contact the video card 
  40. manufacturer to upgrade these drivers.

  43. 3.  The manipulative data in the Try This sections is hard to read.
  44.  
  45. It is recommended that the monitor display resolution be set to 640x480. 
  46. If you use a higher resolution setting, the screen text (e.g. manipulative 
  47. data) becomes smaller and harder to read.
