  19.     Where SISKO, MARTOK, ADMIRAL ROSS and a ROMULAN
  20.     GENERAL are listening to O'BRIEN brief them about
  21.     the Breen situation. On the WALL MONITOR we see a
  22.     STARCHART displaying the current tactical picture.

  24.                     O'BRIEN
  25.             -- basically we stumbled onto it
  26.             by accident. At Chin'toka, our
  27.             entire fleet was disabled when
  28.             the Breen engaged their energy-
  29.             dampening weapon. Three hundred
  30.             and eleven ships -- Federation,
  31.             Romulan, and Klingon -- all lost
  32.             power.

  35.             But one didn't -- a Bird of Prey
  36.             called the Ki'tang.

  38.     Ross and the Romulan perk up at hearing this.

  53.             containment problem in the warp
