  6.     Kira is standing before the Bajoran Altar in her
  7.     room, praying softly. She looks like she's been
  8.     crying -- the resolve with which she said good-bye to
  9.     Odo gave way to tears in the privacy of her
  10.     quarters.

  12.                     KIRA
  13.             Watch over him... help him find
  14.             his way.
  15.  
  16.     A moment, then the door CHIMES.
  17.  
  18.                     KIRA
  19.             Yes.
  20.  
  21.     The door OPENS, revealing Odo. Their eyes lock
  22.     across the room for a long moment...

  24.                     KIRA
  25.             I didn't think I'd see you
  26.             again...

  28.                     ODO
  29.             I couldn't go...

  31.     A long beat, then they move into each other's arms,
  32.     hold each other close...

  36.             Odo, if I've ever made you feel
  37.             that you can't be yourself when
  38.             you're with me, I'm sorry. I
  39.             want to know you -- the way you
  40.             really are.

  42.     A moment as they look into each other's eyes. Odo
  43.     looks at her questioningly, and she nods as if to
  44.     say go ahead. A beat, then...
