  14.     Kira ENTERS and approaches the Guard at his console.

  16.                     DEPUTY

  20.             I need to talk to the prisoner.
  21.                 (beat)
  22.             Alone.

  24.                     DEPUTY
  25.             Aye, sir.

  27.     He heads for the door and EXITS. Kira moves to the
  28.     Holding Cell, looks in on the Changeling.

  30.     They regard each other for a long beat, then Kira
  31.     reaches and works the control PANEL on the wall and
  32.     the forcefield FRITZES OFF. He looks at her with
  33.     surprise.

  35.                     KIRA
  36.             Go to the third planet in the
  37.             Koralis System. There's an
  38.             orbital tether running down to an
  39.             abandoned mining complex. I'll
  40.             tell Odo to meet you there.

  42.     He stares at her suspiciously.

  45.             Is this some kind of trick?

  47.     Kira shakes her head in disbelief.
