  12.             of Kor should not be rushed.

  14.                     KOLANA 
  15.             How long should we wait?

  17.                     SYNON 
  18.             Perhaps we should ask Kang.
  19.  
  20.     Kolana and Synon laugh and Martok chuckles, but the 
  21.     laughter subsides as Kor pushes away the soup and 
  22.     stands up with all the dignity he can muster. As 
  23.     Kor heads for the door, Martok glowers at him, 
  24.     frustrated by Kor's refusal to be baited.
  25.  
  26.                     MARTOK 
  27.             Well, say something old man. Or 
  28.             have you lost your tongue as well 
  29.             as your mind?

  31.     Kor stops and looks directly at Martok. Then one by 
  32.     one, he looks each of them right in the eye. His 
  33.     steady gaze slightly unnerves his tormentors.
  34.  
  35.                     KOR 
  36.             Savor the fruit of life, my young 
  37.             friends. It has a sweet taste 
  38.             when it's fresh from the vine. 
  39.             But don't live too long... the 
  40.             taste turns bitter... after a 
  41.             time.

  43.     Kor EXITS, leaving a now silent Mess Hall behind.
