  20.     Weyoun looks skeptically at Dukat, who proceeds to 
  21.     open the box. He takes out a wooden figurine of a 
  22.     Bajoran Vedek. Weyoun and Damar exchange a look, 
  23.     clearly unimpressed.

  25.                     DUKAT 
  26.             I see you remain skeptical. You 
  27.             won't for long.
  28.  
  29.     Dukat ceremoniously places the figurine in the 
  30.     center of a nearby table. From the satchel, he 
  31.     takes out a pair of Bajoran votive candies and 
  32.     lights them.

  34.                     DUKAT 
  35.             Over the last few months, I've 
  36.             immersed myself in the study of 
  37.             the Bajoran Ancient Texts. And 
  38.             I've come to realize that the 
  39.             wormhole is much more than just 
  40.             a gateway to the Gamma Quadrant. 
  41.             It's the Temple of the Prophets. 
  42.             It's from there that they smile 
  43.             benevolently down on Bajor. 
  44.             It's from there that they 
  45.             protect that world and its 
  46.             people.

  48.             The sad truth is, we wasted our 
  49.             time fighting the Bajorans when 
  50.             we should've been fighting their 
  51.             gods.
