  8.             Emissary? The Prophet said your 
  9.             task was done.

  11.                     SISKO
  12.             I'm still captain of this station 
  13.             and I'm going to do everything in 
  14.             my power to save it. 
  15.                 (leaning in) 
  16.             Now, are you going to tell these 
  17.             people to go, or should I?
  18.  
  19.     Winn realizes that Sisko means it. She turns toward 
  20.     her flock, determined to be in control of the moment.
  21.  
  22.                     WINN
  23.             My children, the Prophets have 
  24.             heard your prayers. You must go.
  25.  
  26.     As the worshipers stand, Sisko turns to Odo.
  27.  
  28.                     SISKO
  29.             Take them to the transports.
  30.  
  31.     Odo is reluctant to leave Kira, but he's got to do his 
  32.     job. With a last look her way, he leads the worshipers 
  33.     to the airlock.
  34.  
  35.     Winn steps over to Sisko, still not over the loss of 
  36.     face she experienced when the Prophet ignored her. She 
  37.     regards him with a steely look --
  38.  
  39.                     WINN
  40.             Congratulations, Emissary. Thanks 
  41.             to you, the Prophets' victory is 
  42.             at hand.
  43.  
  44.     Sisko eyes Kira's still form, hoping Winn's not wrong --
  45.  
  46.                     SISKO 
  47.             I hope you're right.
  48.  
  49.     Winn takes the opportunity to throw Sisko's earlier 
  50.     words back at him --
  51.  
  52.                     WINN
  53.             Where's your faith, Emissary? You 
  54.             don't believe that the Evil One 
  55.             will be victorious, do you?
  56.  
  57.     But her own words seem to deflate whatever pleasure she 
  58.     takes in challenging Sisko.
