  14.     herself, Kira finds that she feels compelled to comply. 
  15.     She nods and moves off. The Kai watches her leave, 
  16.     secretly pleased she can still have that effect on 
  17.     people, then turns and returns to her private thoughts. 
  18.     Off the image of the Kai at the window...

  26.     As the wormhole opens.

  28. 21   INT. SISKO'S QUARTERS

  30.     Sisko stands at the window, thoughtfully watching the 
  31.     wormhole. The LIGHTS in the room are DIM, and he's 
  32.     taken off his uniform jacket. After a beat, the RUMBLE 
  33.     and SHUDDER. It subsides and a moment later, the door 
  34.     CHIMES.

  36.                     SISKO
  37.             Yes.
  38.  
  39.     The door OPENS to reveal Jake. He acts like he's just 
  40.     dropping by, but the truth is he's been worried about 
  41.     his dad ever since they were on Bajor.

  43.                     SISKO
  44.             Jake-o.
  45.  
  46.                     JAKE
  47.             You're up late.
  48.  
  49.                     SISKO
  50.             So are you.

  52.     Sisko studies his son, senses he's troubled.
