  8. 25   EXT. JUNGLE #1 - DAY

  10.     ON WORF'S BOOTS. PAN along his body to reveal that 
  11.     Worf is lying prone on his stomach, pack off, with his 
  12.     arms stretched out in front of him. We find that Dax 
  13.     is lying with her body at a right angle to his, with 
  14.     her arms stretched out in front of her as well and 
  15.     she's working a tricorder. Worf has a small 
  16.     Engineering TOOL in one hand and he's directing the
  17.     tool carefully with the other. (Dax has taken off her 
  18.     jacket and is wearing her long-sleeve shirt.)
  19.  
  20. 26   CLOSE ON TOOL - INSERT
  21.  
  22.     As the tip of the tool comes close to a TINY METALLIC 
  23.     DISC which is sitting innocuously on the ground.
  24.  
  25. 27   RESUME
  26.  
  27.     As Dax works the tricorder, sweat beading on her face. 
  28.     Worf waits patiently for her to give the word.

  31.                     DAX
  32.                 (sotto)
  33.             Okay... go to twenty-five joules...

  35.     Worf works the tool. Dax glances over to her right and
  36.     is surprised to see --

  38. 28   AN ALIEN LIZARD

  40.     about six inches away from her face, staring at her. 
  41.     Dax doesn't flinch, but just stares back at the creature.

  43.  29   CLOSE ON TOOL - INSERT (OPTICAL)

  45.     as the tool sends out a thin BEAM, which hits the disc 
  46.     and causes it to FLASH for a moment.
