  14.     Dax, Bashir, and O'Brien still gaze out the window
  15.     toward the massive Defiant.

  17.                     O'BRIEN
  18.                 (glares at Bashir) 
  19.             I thought you said we'd return to 
  20.             our normal size when we left the 
  21.             anomaly.

  23.                     BASHIR
  24.             We should have.
  25.  
  26.                     DAX
  27.                 (realizing) 
  28.             We didn't leave the anomaly by the 
  29.             same path that we entered it...

  31.                     BASHIR
  32.             ... so the process failed to 
  33.             reverse itself.

  35.                     O'BRIEN
  36.             Are you telling me that I'm going

  39.     O'Brien holds his hand up, thumb and index finger 
  40.     separated by an inch.

  44.             ... this bloody tall for the rest 
  45.             of my life?

  47.     Bashir brings his own hand up next to O'Brien's, the
  48.     thumb and forefinger separated by only four tenths of 
  49.     an inch.

  51.                     BASHIR 
  52.             This bloody tall, actually.
  53.                 (a beat)
  54.             Don't worry. All we have to do to 
  55.             regain our normal size is re-enter 
  56.             the anomaly and follow our 
  57.             original trajectory back out.
