  6.     Inside the unit is a small display MONITOR, which is 
  7.     flashing the words "SYSTEM OFF-LINE" in big, bold letters.

  11.     as he reacts to this information. He thinks about this 
  12.     for a beat, then moves to where he can see the exterior 
  13.     display panel on the opposite side of the com system.

  15. 26   INSERT - COM SYSTEM EXTERIOR PANEL

  17.     which is still saying, "SYSTEM ON-LINE."

  21.     realizes that something is very wrong here. He thinks 
  22.     for a minute, then closes the panel. Then he goes to 
  23.     the survival kit, and puts the water container back 
  24.     where he found it...

  26. 28   INT. TUNNEL - CLOSE ON DUKAT - DAY
  27.  
  28.                     DUKAT
  29.             ... and you make some very good 
  30.             points. But I think there will be 
  31.             time for all of that later, Damar.

  33.     WIDEN to reveal that Dukat is talking to thin air once 
  34.     again. Dukat "listens" to something Damar is telling 
  35.     him and then smiles.

  38.             It's all right. I know you have 
  39.             my best interests at heart.

  41.     He gives an encouraging smile to the man who isn't there 
  42.     and then heads back down the tunnel toward the Cavern.

  44. 29   INT. CAVERN - DAY

  46.     As Dukat ENTERS. He sees Sisko sitting up and starting 
  47.     to move toward the survival case.

  50.             I wanted to get some water out of
