  21.             The hell they don't. What about 
  22.             Bajor? You can't tell me that 
  23.             Bajor doesn't concern you. You've 
  24.             sent the Bajorans orbs and 
  25.             Emissaries -- you've encouraged 
  26.             them to create an entire religion 
  27.             around you. You even told me once 
  28.             that you were "of Bajor!" So 
  29.             don't tell me you're not 
  30.             "concerned" with corporeal matters.

  32.     Sisko moves around the table and, though the aliens 
  33.     don't turn to look at him, it's clear they're paying 
  34.     attention.

  37.             I don't want to see Bajor 
  38.             destroyed and neither do you. And 
  39.             we all know that's exactly what's 
  40.             going to happen if the Dominion 
  41.             takes over the Alpha Quadrant. 
  42.             You say you don't want me to 
  43.             sacrifice my life -- fine, neither 
  44.             do I. You want to be gods -- then 
  45.             be gods. I need a miracle. Bajor 
  46.             needs a miracle. Stop those ships.

  48.     Sisko looks at the aliens, trying to read their 
  49.     response, but they remain enigmatic. After a beat,
  50.     they talk amongst themselves.
