  21.             who came up with the idea of 
  22.             self-replicating mines in the 
  23.             first place. I'm afraid there's 
  24.             no getting around it, Major. He 
  25.             must be made an example so that 
  26.             others think twice before they act 
  27.             against us.

  41.             terrorism.
