  24.             It's a busy Starbase.

  34.     Nog moves off with the tray, crossing past the door, 
  35.     which OPENS to admit O'BRIEN. He's carrying an empty 
  36.     CANISTER about three feet long. He approaches Sisko's 
  37.     table to present it to him. When the crew sees him, 
  38.     they start to gather around to watch.

  40.                     O'BRIEN
  41.             Excuse me, captain.

  43.     When Sisko sees the canister in O'Brien's hand, he 
  44.     immediately knows what it is and what is expected of 
  45.     him. Our people are about to act out what has become 
  46.     a ritual of sorts.

  48.                     O'BRIEN
  49.             The power cell from the phaser
  50.             array, sir. We used it up on the
  51.             last mission.

  53.     Sisko takes the cannister, holds it out for everyone to 
  54.     see.

  57.             Take a good look at this, people.
