  7.                 (jerks the sword away) 
  8.             I understand.
  9.  
  10.     Worf's temper flares, but he subdues it and raises his 
  11.     weapon.
  12.  
  13.                     WORF
  14.             Then proceed.
  15.  
  16.     Alexander begins circling, swinging the bat'leth from 
  17.     side to side. Worf holds position, tracks his son, 
  18.     then suddenly strikes. Alexander jerks his blade up 
  19.     to meet the blow. A METALLIC CLANG jolts his body.
  20.  
  21.                     WORF
  22.                 (annoyed) 
  23.             No! Don't try to shove my blade 
  24.             away. Deflect it and use your 
  25.             momentum to counter.
  26.  
  27.                     ALEXANDER 
  28.             I know!
  29.  
  30.                     WORF
  31.             Then do it.
  32.  
  33.     Worf swings the polearm again. Alexander involuntarily 
  34.     blocks exactly the same way and gets jarred dangerously 
  35.     off balance.
  36.  
  37.                     WORF 
  38.             Don't try to fight force with 
  39.             force. You will lose every time.
  40.  
  41.     Worf swings again. Alexander counters. Worf hooks his 
  42.     blade and flips it out of his hands.
  43.  
  44.                     WORF
  45.                 (withering) 
  46.             What did I tell you? Pick it up!
  47.  
  48.     Alexander shoots a murderous glance at his father and 
  49.     walks toward his fallen weapon.
  50.  
  51.                     WORF 
  52.             If you had kept practicing what I 
  53.             taught you when you were a boy --
  54.  
  55.     Alexander picks up his bat'leth and whirls on Worf 
  56.     without warning, unleashing a flurry of wild swipes and 
  57.     thrusts. Worf easily blocks them, stunned by the 
  58.     fanatic hostility on his son's face. Finally, Worf 
  59.     hooks the bat'leth blade and sends it flying again.
