DEEP SPACE NINE: "Call to Arms" - REV. 04/24/97 - ACT FIVE 51.
78 CONTINUED: (2)
Suddenly there's a high pitched electronic yowl as blue
electrical discharge spiderwebs across every panel in
Ops. The station's computer, monitors and key systems
all blow out. The plasma conduits stop pulsing, the
monitors go dead.
KIRA
Dukat wanted the station back, he
can have it.
They EXIT Ops.
79 INT. QUARK'S
Quark's is on emergency power. MORN is the only
customer in the bar. Quark shouts orders to his
waiters. As they carry out crate after crate of
beverages.
QUARK
I don't want to see a drop of root
beer left in this place. Break
out the kanar and find me some
yamok sauce.
He turns and bumps into Rom, who is no longer dressed
in his maintenance outfit.
ROM
Rom, Assistant Manager for Policy
and Clientele. Reporting for
work, Brother.
QUARK
What, you think you can just walk
back in here and get your old job
back?
ROM
(sotto voce)
Actually, I'm a spy working for
Starfleet. But don't tell anyone.
QUARK
(to himself)
The Federation is more desperate
than I thought.
But Quark's not about to blow his brother's cover.
QUARK
(for all to hear)
I knew one day you'd come crawling
back to me. Now get to work.
