  33.     Federation troops armed with phaser rifles take up 
  34.     positions around the Promenade.

  36.     Odo is standing at the railing of the Second Level, 
  37.     calmly watching the activity. Garak joins him.

  42.             of tranquility in a sea of chaos.

  46.             entire staff has been evacuated to 
  47.             Bajor.

  50.             I'm not feeling too useful myself, 
  51.             at the moment. If it'd make you 
  52.             feel any better, you could always 
  53.             deputize me.
