  7.             Cowardice? A Klingon?

  9.                     DAX
  10.             It's been known to happen. The 
  11.             Klingons are as diverse a people 
  12.             as any other. Some of them are 
  13.             strong, and some of them are weak.
  14.  
  15.     This seems to trouble her for some reason and she loses 
  16.     herself for a moment in thought again. But before 
  17.     anyone can follow up, Bashir sees something o.s.
  18.  
  19.                     BASHIR 
  20.             Well, I'd say that those two 
  21.             definitely fall into the "strong" 
  22.             category.

  24.     Everyone looks up to see...

  26. 8    TWO KLINGONS
  27.  
  28.     ENTER the bar. Their names are KORNAN and LESKIT, and
  29.     they are just about the most disreputable looking 
  30.     Klingons we've ever seen. Kornan has short-cropped 
  31.     hair, a non-Klingon alien disruptor in a holster at his 
  32.     side, and wears a pair of alien boots. He's removed 
  33.     the normal furry sleeves from his uniform, revealing a 
  34.     pair of muscular arms criss-crossed with dozens of 
  35.     scars.
  36.  
  37.     Leskit's hair is long, but almost entirely gray, even 
  38.     though he seems to be no more than thirty-five. His 
  39.     uniform is old and ragged, bearing more patches than 
  40.     fabric, and his face is pocked and marked as if riddled 
  41.     with shrapnel in some long-ago battle. Leskit is also 
  42.     wearing a necklace of what looks like short BONES 
  43.     around his neck.

  45.     The one characteristic that both men share is their 
  46.     attitude. The loud, boisterous Viking elan we 
  47.     associate with Klingons is missing in these two and has 
  48.     been replaced with the dangerously quiet insolence of 
  49.     a junkyard dog. They walk through the room without a 
  50.     word and quietly take a table, where a Waiter moves to 
  51.     take a drink order.
  52.  
  53.     ODO follows them into the bar, and comes to a stop near 
  54.     the table with Dax and the others, never taking his eye 
  55.     off the Klingons.
