  29.     and Bashir realizes that maybe he did get through to 
  30.     Richard after all, even if Richard has trouble 
  31.     admitting it.

  43.             for our trouble? The Eugenics
  44.             Wars. For every Julian Bashir
  45.             that can be created, there's a
  46.             Khan Singh waiting in the wings --
  47.             a "superhuman" whose ambition and
  48.             thirst for power have been
  49.             enhanced along with his intellect.
  50.             The law against genetic
  51.             engineering provides a firewall
  52.             against such men and it's my job
  53.             to keep that firewall intact.
