  9.     The Female Romulan stands guard in the doorway, 
  10.     watching the yard.

  12. 31   NEW ANGLE
  13.  
  14.     Worf, Bashir and Martok are gathered near the open 
  15.     panels which give access to the space inside the wall.
  16.  
  17.                     BASHIR
  18.             How long has he been in there?
  19.  
  20.                     WORF
  21.                 (thinks about it)
  22.             Close to an hour.
  23.  
  24.     Bashir goes over and crouches by the open panel.
  25.  
  26.                     BASHIR
  27.             Garak? How's it coming?
  28.  
  29. 32   INT. CRAWLSPACE
  30.  
  31.     (Intercut as necessary with the above.) This is a 
  32.     cramped, tight, narrow space, less than a foot wide. 
  33.     There's barely room for Garak to fit in with his back 
  34.     to one wall and his chest against the other. He can't 
  35.     turn around or sit down. He just has to slide one way 
  36.     or the other. The only source of fresh air is the open
  37.     panel.
  38.  
  39.     The walls of the crawlspace are covered with a grid of 
  40.     cables, relay switches and couplings, which show signs 
  41.     of extensive rewiring. There's a light source that's 
  42.     been wired into one of the cables. It's probably an 
  43.     old work light that was scavenged by Tain and it's 
  44.     flickery and unreliable. Garak has pried open one of 
  45.     the relay switches, and is modifying it's interior.
  46.  
  47.                     GARAK,
  48.             I only wish I were still in the
  49.             Obsidian Order. This would make
  50.             a wonderful interrogation chamber.
  51.  
  52.     Garak brushes against a relay and it sparks against his 
  53.     back. We can tell by his reaction that this isn't the 
  54.     first time this has happened.
