  10.             Good. Because by the time I'm
  11.             done with you, you're going to
  12.             have some of your very own.
  13.  
  14.     Nog EXITS. Jake looks down at his arm, makes a muscle, 
  15.     and isn't impressed with what he sees. But after a 
  16.     second, he shakes his head dismissively. He's not 
  17.     buying what Nog's selling.
  18.  
  19. 9    EXT. SPACE (OPTICAL)
  20.  
  21.     The Runabout at Warp.
  22.  
  23. 10   INT. RUNABOUT
  24.  
  25.     It's four days later but it seems more like four years 
  26.     to the runabout's two passengers. Quark is seated at 
  27.     a back chair, tossing his playing cards across the 
  28.     cabin, trying to land them on the opposite chair. He 
  29.     looks grumpy and bored.
  30.  
  31.     Odo ENTERS from the back, eating a bowl of soup. He 
  32.     sits down at the console, totally ignoring Quark. He 
  33.     sips his soup quietly while keeping one eye on the 
  34.     controls.
  35.  
  36.     Quark sits there for a beat and his tossing becomes 
  37.     more and more impatient. Finally he can't stand it 
  38.     anymore and stops.
  39.  
  40.                     QUARK
  41.             You're doing it again.
  42.  
  43.                     ODO
  44.             Doing what?
  45.  
  46.                     QUARK
  47.             Smacking your lips.
  48.  
  49.                     ODO
  50.             No I'm not.
  51.  
  52.     Odo swallows a spoonful of soup. And though the 
  53.     audience should not hear anything, there is a 
  54.     perceptible movement of his lips.

  56.                     QUARK
  57.             There. Don't you hear that?
  58.
