  4. 30   INT. TEROK NOR - DUKAT'S OFFICE

  6.     A redress of Sisko's office as it appeared during the 
  7.     Occupation. Dukat is sitting on the couch, looking 
  8.     over several PADDS when Dax and the Cardassian Soldier 
  9.     seen earlier ENTER. Dax tries to keep her eyes down 
  10.     and play the part of a Bajoran woman thrust into the 
  11.     office of the most powerful man on the station.
  12.  
  13.                     DUKAT
  14.             Name?
  15.  
  16.     This puts her at something of a loss for a beat.
  17.  
  18.                     DAX
  19.             Leeta.
  20.  
  21.                     DUKAT
  22.             Look at me when I speak to you,
  23.             Leeta.
  24.  
  25.     Dax looks up at him and Dukat examines her more closely 
  26.     for a beat. Then he silently indicates that she should 
  27.     spin around. Dax decides to go along and pirouettes willingly.
  28.  
  29.                     DUKAT
  30.             She'll do.
  31.  
  32.     He dismisses the Soldier with a gesture, who then 
  33.     EXITS. Dukat simply stares at Dax for a moment, his 
  34.     eyes boring into her.
  35.  
  36.                     DUKAT
  37.             Kanar.
  38.  
  39.     For a moment, Dax isn't sure what he meant... then 
  40.     decides it was a request. She goes to a sideboard, 
  41.     pours him a glass of Kanar and begins to bring it to 
  42.     him.
  43.  
  44.                     DUKAT
  45.             For two.
  46.  
  47.     Dax stops, looks up at him and is slightly chilled to 
  48.     see a smile forming on his face. She turns back to the 
  49.     sideboard, and begins pouring a second glass. Dax 
  50.     takes a deep breath, rolls her eyes and then decides to 
  51.     play the part to the hilt. She puts on her best "I'm 
  52.     really frightened to be here," look and heads for the 
  53.     couch with the two glasses of Kanar.

  55.                     DUKAT
  56.                 (taking his glass)
  57.             Have you ever had Kanar?
