  6.     The ship has just gone to RED ALERT and while the 
  7.     KLAXON SOUNDS, Crewmembers are rushing through the 
  8.     Corridor with urgency as they scramble to their posts. 
  9.     Sisko and Dax have been pretending to work on a 
  10.     different wall panel and they both react to the Red 
  11.     Alert. A Com voice echoes over the ship's P.A. 
  12.     system.
  13.  
  14.                     COM VOICE 
  15.             Red Alert. Red Alert. All hands 
  16.             to battle stations. This is not 
  17.             a drill.
  18.  
  19.                     DAX
  20.             What should we do?
  21.  
  22.                     SISKO
  23.                 (no choice)
  24.             Get to battle stations.
  25.  
  26.     They close up the panel and then plunge into the crowd 
  27.     of Crewmembers, trying to blend in.
  28.  
  29. 43   ANOTHER SECTION OF CORRIDOR/TURBOLIFT

  31.     as Sisko and Dax duck into the Turbolift. Sisko grabs 
  32.     the handle and twists it.
  33.  
  34.                     SISKO
  35.                 (to com) 
  36.             Deck Seven.
  37.  
  38.     The lift MOVES for a moment, then Sisko twists the 
  39.     handle OFF and the lift STOPS.
  40.  
  41.                     SISKO
  42.             Let's see if we can find out 
  43.             what's going on.

  45.     He automatically hits the command insignia on his 
  46.     chest.
  47.  
  48.                     SISKO 
  49.             Sisko to Defiant.

  51.     Nothing happens, of course, and Sisko immediately 
  52.     realizes his mistake. With a little annoyance, he 
  53.     reaches around and pulls out the old-style communicator 
  54.     from behind his back. He flips it open.
